I live in California - why am I being charged taxes?
The company that makes all our products are based in California - specifically in Chatsworth, CA - and by law, they have to charge you Sales Tax for all your orders going to addresses in California. We also sell stuff on RedBubble, which might work out cheaper depending on currency conversion.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. We offer a range of different shipping options so you have plenty of choices depending on how quickly you need things.

How are your products packaged for shipment?
Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 26x20x18 to 28x5.5x38.

Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Are your products eco-friendly?
All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Anything I need to know about cleaning apparel items?
These should be only washed with like colours. You can certainly machine wash the garments in warm water that is around 104°F/40°C. Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary and do not iron the decorated (printed) areas. If the garments require dry-cleaning, you can use any solvent except the trichloroethylene. Tumble-dry these garments on medium.

What about cleaning pillows?
The pillowcase itself can be machine washed according to the above mentioned care instructions. However, the pillow instert should only be hand-washed.

What material are the frames made of and what color? What is the thickness of the frame? Are the frames matted?
Our frames are wood and made in Los Angeles. Acrylic covers the print and the frames are black. The frames have a border of 1" making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1" large all around (i.e. 24" x 36" = 26" x 38"). Frames are not matted.

How are the mugs made?
Mug artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image on the transfer paper is mirrored. Heat and pressure is applied to transfer the image. Printed dye is mixed with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug.

How do you package frames?
Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
